About the role

  • Administer and support the company's IT infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft technologies, AWS and Microsoft 365.
  • Implement and configure Windows Server systems.
  • Perform maintenance and monitoring of servers, ensuring stability and availability of services.
  • Manage switches and Fortinet firewalls, ensuring network security and availability.
  • Support integration between on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate on infrastructure projects and information security initiatives focused on infrastructure and business continuity.

Requirements

  • Practical experience with Windows Server (installation, configuration and administration).
  • Experience with Active Directory (user and group management, GPOs, permissions).
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 environments (support and administration).
  • Experience with AWS and Amazon WorkSpaces (essential).
  • Practical experience in networking, switches and Fortinet firewalls.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Grafana.
  • Plus: experience with credential management and multi-factor authentication (MFA/2FA – Duo, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.).
  • Knowledge of VMware or other virtualization solutions.
  • Certifications in Microsoft, Azure, AWS or Fortinet (NSE) are a plus.
