Key responsibilities & impact

Planning of hydraulic engineering structures and execution of associated engineering tasks at national level in the HOAI service phases 1–9
Preparation of German and English documents to standardize engineering tasks
Participation in the company's external communications and representation
Development of tailored, sustainable and ecological solutions for hydraulic engineering projects
Handling or leading exceptional hydraulic engineering projects
Collaboration within an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a comparable discipline
Several years of professional experience in handling or leading hydraulic engineering projects desirable
Knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, geotechnics, structural (concrete) engineering and environmental planning
Sense of responsibility
Strong communication skills
Team-oriented
Structured thinking
Additional experience in project management is an advantage
Familiarity with specific software such as iTWO, ArcGIS or CAD is an advantage
Solid knowledge of procurement, construction and contract law is an advantage
Willingness to prepare documents in German and English
