About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in software development by analyzing requirements, identifying use cases, risks and testing needs, interacting with developers, designers, project leaders and other stakeholders;
Act as the end-user representative, translating their needs into impact-driven prioritization of features and issues;
Develop and execute functional and non-functional tests, both manual and automated;
Report test results clearly and concisely, highlighting the severity and impact of issues found to the project team;
Share technical knowledge to increase the team's competence;
Report the status of your activities and ensure they are completed on time and with quality;
Translate and adapt content in English and Spanish;
Create and review content in English and Spanish;
Transcribe audio in English and Spanish.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong command of standard/formal English and Spanish;
Knowledge of grammar, literature and basic linguistics;
Familiarity with technological devices (Android smartphones);
Courses in technology-related areas;
Experience in software testing;
Experience working on agile development projects;
Knowledge of programming logic and languages;
Skills in AI testing;
Testing certification (ISTQB);
Bachelor's degree completed in Letters/Linguistics or a technology-related field.
