About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research, design and implement AI-based cybersecurity solutions (such as local Machine Learning/Deep Learning models) for threat detection and vulnerability mitigation in Android systems;
  • Contribute to architectural design and develop new complex features and improvements for mobile development projects;
  • Actively participate in the development of Android applications and services, with a focus on framework-level and embedded Android;
  • Promote and ensure best practices related to coding, software architecture, information security and data engineering;
  • Maintain strict technical alignment with domestic and international stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on experience applying Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning techniques (e.g., TensorFlow Lite, Scikit-learn, Generative AI APIs, among others) to data analysis, anomaly detection or security;
  • Knowledge of the Android ecosystem, system services and advanced use of framework-level APIs;
  • Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin;
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures and clean software architecture;
  • Solid experience in secure Android system development;
  • Advanced knowledge of code versioning tools, branch management and CI/CD pipelines (preferably Git);
  • Autonomy, ability to provide technical mentorship to less experienced engineers and skill in managing complex priorities;
  • Excellent ability to produce architectural technical documentation and research/innovation reports;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields;
  • Advanced English for reading, writing and speaking.
