About the role
- Support the software development lifecycle (requirements, coding, testing and maintenance).
- Develop and maintain code following standards and processes defined by the team.
- Fix reported defects by analyzing logs and code to identify root causes.
- Implement improvements and change requests with guidance from the team.
- Perform unit tests and support validation of deliverables before release.
- Participate in technical discussions and collaborate on requirements analysis.
- Work in an agile environment, following good architecture and coding practices.
- Document features and support the project's technical organization.
- Contribute suggestions for technical and process improvements.
- Share knowledge with the team and pursue continuous technical development.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Java and Kotlin
- Proven experience in the Android SDK (especially with Activities, BroadcastReceivers, ContentProviders).
- Experience with Android Jetpack components.
- Knowledge of creating Services in Android.
- Knowledge of design patterns and architectures such as MVC or MVVM.
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Knowledge of unit testing.
- Basic understanding of application security and privacy.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, Information Systems or related fields.
- Intermediate English for reading, writing and speaking.
