About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage and maintain the entire sales pipeline, including lead qualification, follow-up, and documentation of customer communications
- Maintain and optimize CRM and documentation processes to ensure high data quality
- Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns
- Conduct market analyses, experiments, and data analyses to identify new business opportunities and optimize processes
- Contribute to general operational tasks to actively shape dynamic processes and support company growth
