About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project coordination: Support the planning, organization, and management of our software development projects
- Requirements gathering & concept development: Help structure requirements and develop concepts
- Working with Sidestream processes: Use our proven project frameworks
- Team support: Assist our project managers and tech leads with day-to-day project activities
- GitHub & reviews: Maintain tasks and assist with testing and quality checks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience: Not required! Open to career changers with a strong willingness to learn and genuine curiosity
- Working style & organization: You are organized, reliable, and able to keep an overview even while handling multiple tasks
- Technical affinity: Interest in digital products and willingness to learn tools such as GitHub, testing processes, or the command line
- Communication skills: Able to communicate clearly and effectively in German and English
- Motivation to grow: Willingness to take on increasing responsibility step by step and eventually lead your own software projects
