About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and improve hiring pipelines and processes for technical and operational roles
- Coordinate team events, culture initiatives, and onboarding to foster belonging and productivity
- Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery planning

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar generalist role
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills – you’ll be writing outreach and coordinating with clients
- People-oriented – you care about team culture and hiring well
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment
- Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Jira, or similar)
