About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the technical and strategic reference for the IT infrastructure area
- Translate the area's strategy into technical implementation
- Plan, propose, and implement solutions to improve IT infrastructure processes and cybersecurity
- Execute, monitor, and improve internal preventive and corrective support procedures for the infrastructure and cybersecurity environment
- Provide level 2 and 3 support; track and document tickets, incidents, and requests
- Participate in and monitor audit processes
- Respond to incidents, propose solutions, and deliver training
- Provide technical support to users and to IT infrastructure
- Perform maintenance and support for networks, servers, and services
- Work with wired and wireless (Wi‑Fi) networks
- Network addressing (TCP/IP)
- Manage and monitor servers, services, and computer networks (LAN and VLAN)
- Work with firewalls (rules, routes, VPNs, web filtering, etc.)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Computer Networks, or a related field
- Solid experience in IT infrastructure
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Fortinet, Windows Server, Linux, and networking (switches, TCP/UDP)
- Certifications in Fortinet, Windows Server, Networking, or Linux are a plus
- Certifications in the ISO 27000 series (e.g., 27001/27002/27003), CIS Controls, CYS, NIST, ITIL, or PCI DSS are a plus
- Knowledge, courses, or certifications in server management, networking, security, etc.
- Analytical, strategic, proactive, responsible, dedicated, and organized
