About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze rural credit proposals, considering technical, economic and financial aspects;
Assess borrowers' repayment capacity, collateral and the classification/eligibility of operations;
Perform feasibility analyses for agricultural projects;
Operate in compliance with the Rural Credit Manual (MCR), internal policies and applicable regulations;
Provide support to branches and business units on rural credit matters;
Prepare technical opinions/reports and monitor rural portfolio indicators;
Monitor rural compliance requirements and other regulatory obligations;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Agronomy or related fields;
Proven experience in rural credit analysis;
Knowledge of the Rural Credit Manual (MCR);
Knowledge of financial and economic analysis, credit risk management and rural collateral;
ANBIMA certification (CPA, CPro-I or CPro-R);
Certification in Rural Credit;
Postgraduate degree in Finance, Agribusiness, Risk Management or related areas;
Experience in credit cooperatives or financial institutions;
Knowledge of rural investment operations, production financing (custeio), commercialization/marketing and other agribusiness credit lines;
