About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and analyze the economic and financial situation of individual credit unions, using predictive analytics to identify trends and future risks;
Analyze and interpret risk indicators through quantitative analyses, historical time series and data cross-referencing, identifying patterns, trends and anomalies, and proposing insights and strategic recommendations;
Monitor and interpret statistical and predictive models provided by the system, evaluating their results and impacts on the measurement of credit risk, delinquency and portfolio deterioration;
Structure databases, ensuring data quality, consistency and integration of the information used in analyses;
Develop compliance tests and quantitative analyses applied to credit, onboarding and accounting processes, with a focus on risk prevention;
Prepare management reports and analytical dashboards, with a forward-looking perspective to support decision-making;
Identify process improvement opportunities based on data analysis and automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field;
Solid experience in credit risk analysis;
Knowledge of data analysis and indicators related to financial institutions;
Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced level);
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
Strong analytical skills, organizational ability and clear communication.
