About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Specialist building services (TGA) planning with a focus on Building Automation (BA) across all HOAI service phases — from initial assessment to project support.
Technical coordination and interface planning with other building services trades such as heating, cooling/air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing and electrical engineering.
Preparation of tender documents and participation in the awarding of construction contracts.
Monitoring execution quality and ensuring compliance with cost and schedule plans on site.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in building services engineering or electrical engineering with a focus on Building Automation (BA) or Measurement, Control and Regulation Technology (MSR), or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., technician, master craftsman) with solid specialist knowledge.
Professional experience in the field of building automation desirable.
Holistic understanding of technically complex interrelationships as well as knowledge of the planning process for sanitary, heating, ventilation, cooling/air conditioning and/or electrical engineering.
Strong communication skills, team orientation, and an independent, structured working style.
