About the role
- Building services specialist planning (TGA) with a focus on Building Automation (GA) across all HOAI service phases — from basic evaluation (Grundlagenermittlung) to project support.
- Technical coordination and interface planning with other building services trades such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary (HKLS) and electrical engineering.
- Preparation of tender documents and participation in the awarding of construction contracts.
- Monitoring execution quality and ensuring adherence to cost and schedule plans on site.
Requirements
- Degree in building services or electrical engineering with a focus on Building Automation (GA) or measurement, control and regulation technology (MSR), or an equivalent technical qualification (e.g., technician, master craftsman) with solid specialist knowledge.
- Professional experience in building automation desirable.
- Comprehensive understanding of technically complex systems and knowledge of the planning process for plumbing, heating, ventilation, cooling and/or electrical engineering.
- Strong communication skills, team orientation, and an independent, structured working style.
