About the role
- Handle advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues
- Act as a bridge between L1 support and engineering teams (L3)
- Ensure high system availability
- Support production environments and manage CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Support and Application Support
- Provide L2 technical support for Desktop and Web applications
- Analyze and identify the root cause of incidents
- Handle incident management, problem management, and issue escalation processes
- Collaborate with L1 support, developers, and DevOps teams for issue resolution
- Monitor application health using Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Datadog
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix commands
- Analyze logs using SQL/MySQL queries
- Basic understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON)
- Write and execute Shell Scripts and PowerShell scripts
