About the role

  • Handle advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues
  • Act as a bridge between L1 support and engineering teams (L3)
  • Ensure high system availability
  • Support production environments and manage CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Support and Application Support
  • Provide L2 technical support for Desktop and Web applications
  • Analyze and identify the root cause of incidents
  • Handle incident management, problem management, and issue escalation processes
  • Collaborate with L1 support, developers, and DevOps teams for issue resolution
  • Monitor application health using Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Datadog
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix commands
  • Analyze logs using SQL/MySQL queries
  • Basic understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON)
  • Write and execute Shell Scripts and PowerShell scripts
