About the role
- Lead frontend architecture for complex Web3 applications (dashboards, protocol UIs, admin panels)
- Build interfaces for the next generation of financial applications - lending, trading, staking, RWAs, bridging, stablecoins
- Own frontend delivery end-to-end: architecture, implementation, performance, and quality
- Mentor and support other frontend engineers, review code, and set best practices
- Work closely with founders, smart contract and backend engineers to turn deep tech into usable products
- Align directly with customers on scope, timelines, and delivery expectations
- Act as a reliable technical partner who helps teams move faster and avoid pitfalls
Requirements
- 3+ years of frontend engineering experience
- Strong expertise in React / Next.js / TypeScript
- Hands-on Web3 experience (wallets, signing flows, contract interactions)
- Solid UX intuition for financial and DeFi products
- Experience leading frontend work, mentoring engineers, and owning delivery
- Familiarity with data-heavy UIs (indexers, subgraphs, real-time data)
- A builder mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed
- Experience with Web3 libraries (ethers, viem)
