About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Growth marketing: Design and run campaigns that bring in qualified leads and move them through the funnel — from first touch to sales-ready.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B growth marketing experience — lead gen, nurture, and conversion
  • Strong product marketing instinct — you can simplify complex ideas for different audiences
  • HubSpot fluency — CRM, email automation, workflows, and reporting
  • Confident on LinkedIn — organic content, targeted outreach, and paid campaigns
  • Comfortable owning strategy and executing without a large team beneath you
  • Background in a high-growth, scale-up, or early-stage company — priorities move quickly as the business grows.
  • You'll need to stay focused without losing flexibility
  • Curious, adaptable, resourceful — you'll find smart, efficient ways to drive results, and use AI to scale your output as a lean team
