About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist on the design of a functional solution to a business requirements and/or problem
Gather and analyze business and functional specifications.
Proactively assess project issues and facilitate mitigation plan to ensure project success.
Help development team on preparing the system configuration, master data setup and test data for testing of new features and bug fixes
Responsible for testing through listed scenarios during project implementation
Able to answer customer questions regarding the "how to" and questions around preparation for testing
Will work close to the Lead BA and Developer to achieve development completion through round of testing and defect/bug fix.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering and related field.
At least 1 yr of SAP SD experience
Background in Pickm Pack and Ship process is a plus
With understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) process
Has performed in a Project Implementation role
Amenable to night shift or graveyard shift
