About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for ensuring that ShipERP products are functioning as designed and minimizing product defects by identifying bugs and missing functionalities based on given product requirements.
Create test cases and test data for various test scenarios
Execute and document test scripts and analyze results
Review of test scripts
Identify and isolate bugs in software
Basic troubleshooting of product issues/bugs
Identify potential issues in user interface
Identify other areas of improvement for the product
Understand the functionality and business process related to the product
Coordinate with Business Analysts and Developers regarding the expected functionality of the product to verify test execution and results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree Holder of IT, Engineering, Computer Science and other related courses
Experience as Software Tester or Quality Assurance Tester is an advantage
With experience either in Manual or Automation Testing
Experience in Cloud is an advantage
SAP background is a plus
Familiarity or experience in testing tools and framework would be a plus
Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills
Willing to work in shifting schedule and night shift
