About the role
- Utilize various analytical techniques to interpret complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives
- Conduct thorough market research to assess industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Provide support to project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, gathering requirements, soliciting feedback, and facilitating collaboration to achieve project objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis, actively seeking opportunities for professional development and knowledge enhancement
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of analysis methodologies, findings, and recommendations, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with organizational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Prior internship or relevant work experience in business analysis or related field is preferred.
