About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create engaging, entertaining, and valuable training materials on a variety of topics.
- Creatively explain complex or mundane information in a fun and unexpected way.
- Provide formatting and editing suggestions to promote branding consistency.
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum materials with clear narratives.
- Collaborate directly with content owners to understand their needs and timelines.
- Produce a variety of output types like e-learning courses, videos, infographics, slide decks, etc.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience creating curriculum content.
- Strong typography, layout and print design skills.
- 3-5 years experience working in a learning management system (LMS).
- Prior Experience working with e-learning authoring tools.
- Experience in video creation and editing.
- Expert storyteller through visual and creative assets.
- Prior experience working cross-functionally and with a variety of internal stakeholders.
- Excellent time & project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong executive communication.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training products.
