About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Event Sales specializing in events management
- Experience in hunting, identifying, negotiating, and closing business deals
- Strong interpersonal, team management, and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, plans, and budgets
- Knowledge of the events industry and proven success in achieving targets and driving business growth
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Salesforce / Hub Spot or similar customer relationship management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
