About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administration and maintenance of the system and application landscape
Management and optimization of existing infrastructure and cloud systems
Support and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central
Design and support of IT projects and processes
Collaboration with external development teams
Providing IT support and advice to SHERA teams
Point of contact for employees on IT questions and technical issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent degree/qualification
Entry-level candidates are welcome
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
Knowledge of DevOps methodologies is an advantage
Strong service and customer orientation
Analytical thinking
Ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
Team player with strong communication skills, initiative and motivation
Interest in new technologies and processes
