About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

own our strategic finance and corporate development agenda
identify, negotiate and close financing facilities
drive M&A analysis, including evaluation of potential manufacturing facility acquisitions
manage ongoing investor relationships and leverage the investor network proactively
build and maintain relationships with banks, lenders and alternative finance providers

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years in investment banking (M&A, infrastructure, or sustainable finance preferred)
one tour in a high-growth startup (Series A–C)
strong communicator - written and verbal; comfortable with founders, investors and blue-chip partners
self-directed: you take a problem, go away, and come back with a solution, not more questions
genuinely excited by the sustainability / materials space
