About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct daily potential-client evaluations with empathy, professionalism, and sound case instincts
- Research claims, identify patterns, and draft concise internal memos for attorneys
- Maintain the firm's CRM, documents, and calendars
- Collaborate across teams and support new-hire training as needed
- Serve as the first voice potential clients hear and provide clarity about their cases
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 year of customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and practice management software
- Spanish fluency a strong plus
