About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct functional testing to verify that software features work as intended.
Perform regression testing to ensure new updates do not introduce issues in existing functionality.
Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on system requirements.
Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using issue-tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members to clarify requirements, test results, and defects.
Participate in test planning, reviews, and process improvement discussions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidate must be U.S. Citizen
Candidate must have Active DoD Secret Clearance at minimum
Candidate must have bachelor's Degree
Candidate must have ability to obtain and maintain US government Common Access Card (CAC)
Candidate must be able to obtain SIPRNet access and willing to travel to and access SIPR facilities as required
Candidate must have 7+ years' experience with the following:
Software testing methodologies, including functional and regression testing.
Writing clear and concise test cases and bug reports.
Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically about software behavior.
Working with test management tools and issue-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar).
