About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Agile execution and delivery cadence, including participation/leadership in Agile ceremonies (release planning, sprint planning, standups, refinement, retrospectives)
Support backlog hygiene and decomposition (epic/feature/story decomposition into developer tasks) and assist the Prime in maintaining delivery momentum and removing impediments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen
Candidate must possess an active DOD Secret clearance (or higher)
Candidate must reside within commuting/driving distance of an installation that allows routine SIPR access and be available to perform SIPR activities as required
Candidate must have at least 5 years' experience as Scrum Master/Deputy PM on DoD projects
Experience using Jira and Confluence for Agile ceremonies
AWS Cloud One experience is required
In depth knowledge of Microsoft products to include Office and Teams
