About the role
- Identify and source potential instructors across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, online course platforms, and industry communities.
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified experts for different verticals.
- Run initial outreach, screening calls, and instructor evaluation.
- Negotiate partnership terms and revenue share agreements.
- Coordinate onboarding and handoff to our internal production team.
- Track outreach activity and provide weekly updates.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, recruiting, creator management, or business development.
- Proven experience sourcing and closing deals with experts, creators, or freelancers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.
- Organized, independent, and comfortable managing targets.
