  • Then you’re exactly the person we’re looking for. As our Finance & ERP Rockstar (m/f/d) you will grow with us and take responsibility for our financial processes — from strategy and planning to operational execution.

  • You will manage finance with foresight. Together with our CFO you will further develop our financial processes — from financial planning and controlling to accounting and cash flow management — continuously improving them to ensure our financial stability.
  • Accounting with responsibility. You will actively support your team in operational accounting, help transfer our accounting functions fully and structurally into the company, and contribute your own ideas for efficient, modern workflows.
  • Digitization is your lever for excellence. You will drive automation and standardization of our financial processes, be responsible for our ERP system (Business Central), and ensure data quality, transparency and process clarity.
  • From release management and testing to go-live — you will steer our ERP projects together with our Business Central Application Owner and successfully coordinate the interface between Finance, Product Management, IT and external implementation partners.
  • Do you love meaningful numbers? You will take on our financial planning and analyses, prepare KPIs, derive action recommendations and develop decision-making materials for our management together with our CFO.
  • You shape change. You bring fresh perspectives to our processes, support training, documentation and change topics, and combine subject-matter expertise with a modern, digital mindset.
  • Leadership means responsibility and development to you. You will grow into your leadership role, support your three-person team in day-to-day operations, promote ownership and process understanding, and help create a collaborative, learning-oriented environment.
  • You are a strategic sparring partner. Working alongside our CFO you will provide financial foresight, support investment decisions, profitability analyses and medium-term financial planning.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or Business Informatics.
  • As a finance professional you bring at least five years of practical experience in financial controlling or accounting and want to develop toward a role with holistic finance responsibility.
  • You have knowledge of financial accounting, month-end closings and preparation of BWA (management reports) under German GAAP (HGB) — the rest you will learn with us on the job.
  • ERP and digitization are your playground. You have experience with ERP implementations, process optimization and system migrations.
  • Ideally, you have already worked with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), especially in the finance modules, reporting structures and interfaces to other systems.
  • You think strategically and act operationally. With outstanding analytical skills you make well-founded financial decisions, prepare them for our management and at the same time enjoy driving operational topics forward with the team.
  • You lead your team with passion, empathy and a coaching mentality, fostering ownership, development and productive collaboration.
  • Language is not a barrier for you. You communicate confidently and fluently in German and English.
