About the role
- Roadmap Management: Prioritize tests.
- Data Analysis: Dive into tools like Google Analytics 4 to identify where users are dropping out of the funnel.
- Qualitative Research: Conduct usability tests, analyze heatmaps (Hotjar/Clarity) and design user surveys.
- Hypothesis Creation: Develop structured hypotheses ("If we change X, we expect result Y due to behavior Z").
- Test Supervision: Set up and monitor A/B tests, multivariate tests and personalization experiments.
- Documentation and Repository: Maintain an organized history of learnings (negative tests are valuable too).
- Stakeholder Management: Present results to executives, demonstrating the ROI of optimizations.
Requirements
- Testing Tools Expertise: Advanced experience with VWO, Optimizely, Adobe Target or similar tools.
- Analytics: Deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (event and funnel configuration).
- Applied Statistics: Understanding of statistical significance, confidence intervals and sample size calculation.
- UX/UI Design: Solid knowledge of usability heuristics and consumer psychology.
- Technology: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (to assess the technical feasibility of tests).
