About the role

  • Identify sources of value
  • Analyze existing processes and identify points of friction, time loss, unreliability or underutilization of data
  • Map improvement opportunities related to data, automation, AI or predictive analytics
  • Prioritize use cases based on business value, feasibility and operational impact
  • Identify key data already available within the company and data that remain difficult to collect, consolidate or exploit
  • Contribute to improving the reliability, clarity and flow of useful information
  • Scope the selected projects with the teams involved
  • Translate business needs into clear operational workstreams
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and, where applicable, external partners
  • Define project tracking indicators: time savings, improved reliability, simplification, decision-quality, adoption, operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Solid prior experience in data project management, BI, transformation, performance, digitization or analytics
  • Profiles such as Data Project Manager (Data/BI/Analytics), Data Analyst with strong business and project exposure, or Business Analyst with the ability to quickly understand business operations and extract concrete improvement opportunities
  • Strong ability to bring multiple stakeholders together and facilitate collaboration
  • Genuine interest in AI, data, automation and performance monitoring
  • A rigorous, pragmatic and results-oriented approach
