About the role
- Development of market-ready AI services with clear value creation.
- Conduct discussions with decision-makers, understand their challenges and translate them into concrete AI service use cases.
- Expand an existing AI prototype into a marketable, scalable product.
- Design AI service components, define SLAs and governance, and develop compelling customer offerings.
- Build structures and processes for stable, scalable AI services.
- Create pricing and packaging models for the AI-as-a-Service business.
- Work closely with executive management, commercial teams and engineering to turn ideas into AI products and services.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B SaaS, digital services or AI-related products.
- Responsibility for products, services or customer projects.
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies, cloud services, APIs, data flows and system integration, or willingness to learn.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into concrete product or service offerings.
- Recognize market and customer needs, prioritize pragmatically, and consider product strategy, go-to-market and monetization.
- Confident communication with decision-makers and technical teams.
