About the role
- Track status of financial report submissions of portfolio companies.
- Gather and organize financial data from financial reports.
- Support the consolidation and validation of inputs for the annual valuation process.
- Perform checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the PortOps team as required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree/ diploma in Finance/ Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts; VBA knowledge a plus).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Interest in corporate finance and valuation work.
- Preferably available for 6 months.
- Practical exposure to valuation methodologies and financial analysis.
- Experience working with investment/finance team on a key annual process of a Venture Capital Firm.

- Insights into the operations and performance evaluation of portfolio companies.
