About the role

  • You manage five to eight SEA accounts with a combined high six-figure annual ad spend.
  • You are the primary contact for our clients' marketing questions and work with them to define marketing goals, strategies, and optimizations.
  • You develop Search, Shopping, and Display strategies in Google Ads & Microsoft Ads — from keyword research to ad copy.
  • You connect data sources (GA4, Merchant Center, GTM, Idealo feeds, etc.) and keep tracking clean.
  • You continuously optimize bidding strategies, ad extensions, and feeds — always with a focus on ROAS and profit.
  • You solve minor MarTech puzzles independently; for persistent issues, our developer colleague will support you.

Requirements

  • You live within a 50 km radius of Weingarten/Ravensburg.
  • You have at least one to two years of experience in SEA / PPC / Performance Marketing (agency or retailer).
  • You have deep expertise in Google Ads, especially Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • You have an analytical mindset that you can communicate effectively in client discussions.
  • You communicate in German clearly, precisely, and appropriately for the target audience.
  • You are looking for a permanent position, not freelance work.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and shop systems is a plus.

  • Friendly clients
  • Hybrid working, based at Lake Constance
