About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Push new supplier products through the product pipeline (check AI‑mapping, resolve edge cases)
Review dynamic HTML reports: check mapping groups, confirm backfills, resolve duplicates and export decisions
Process product images via Python scripts — no manual clicking
Run reorder analysis, identify bottlenecks, contact suppliers
Monitor eBay competitors, identify assortment gaps, propose expansions
Fix small WMS issues yourself (inspect the DB, have Codex generate a PR, merge)
Analyze and prioritize shop improvements (UX, SEO, assortment)
Help out in the warehouse when needed (1–2 days/week, holiday coverage)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently studying business administration, business informatics or similar — or a comparable career‑changer profile
Business‑oriented: you think in margin, conversion and assortment
Comfortable with the CLI — terminal and basic commands
Live in the Regensburg area (commutable to the warehouse at Junkersstr. 20) — in addition to 1–2 warehouse days you’ll step in when needed (e.g., holiday cover)
Business‑fluent German (spoken and written); very good reading comprehension in English
Independent, hands‑on and ready to take responsibility
Nice to have: basic Python, experience using ChatGPT / Claude / Cursor productively, prior e‑commerce experience
