About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle customer inquiries and support tickets (Zendesk, eBay, Shopify)
Inspect and coordinate returns
Record, categorize, and file documents/receipts
Prepare accounting entries and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Edit product images and maintain product listings
Track orders and communicate with suppliers
Document and report errors in the inventory/ERP system
Prepare and coordinate reorders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent German skills (C1/C2) – required
English for international customers and suppliers
Structured, independent way of working
Technical affinity and eagerness to learn new tools
Willingness to work with Claude Code – no need to be an expert; enthusiasm is enough. We will teach you everything you need.
Enrolled at a university (working student status)
Experience in e‑commerce or back office is a plus, but not required
