About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Turn business opportunities into concrete, scalable, and adopted Generative AI products
Lead maturation workshops with stakeholders to identify high-value GenAI use cases
Design and produce interactive, functional prototypes using AI-native tools
Write and prioritize clear user stories with AI-specific acceptance criteria
Collaborate closely with teams to estimate effort and remove technical blockers
Define and track success metrics such as productivity gains, adoption rates, user satisfaction, etc.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Strong understanding of core GenAI concepts: LLMs (Claude, Gemini), RAG architectures, data pipelines, and agent operation
Hands-on experience with AI rapid-prototyping tools
Proficient with traditional product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma)
Professional working proficiency in English
