About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a product area end to end, including strategy, roadmap, specifications, shipping, and post-launch metrics
  • Launch new financing products and open new markets, partnering with Credit and Capital Markets on pricing, risk, and facility eligibility
  • Improve lending economics through loan sales, prefunding, and banking relationships
  • Build and optimize bill pay, invoicing, payment workflows, APIs, and integrations moving hundreds of millions of dollars monthly
  • Speak with customers weekly, including brands, finance teams, and vendors
  • Write specifications for money-movement and ledger-adjacent systems
  • Define KPIs and instrument them with the Data team
  • Manage stakeholders across credit risk, capital, legal, sales, and operations while delivering on time
  • Lead a dedicated engineering pod and work with US-based stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of product management experience with senior-level ownership and accountability for outcomes
  • Experience at a product company with decision-making autonomy
  • Lending or credit product experience strongly preferred, including loan origination, servicing, underwriting, ledgers, or loan tapes
  • Fintech or payments experience preferred as an alternative domain
  • Demonstrated mastery of complex systems with significant multi-stakeholder constraints if lacking lending, credit, fintech, or payments experience
  • Comfort operating independently without a CPO
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Approximately 3–4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Basic SQL skills
  • Based in Lviv or elsewhere in Ukraine; strong Eastern-Europe candidates, such as Poland, also considered
  • Nice to have: two-sided product experience
  • Nice to have: AR/AP, invoicing, or ERP-adjacent domain knowledge
  • Nice to have: prior work with or for a US company and experience as a remote senior owner on a US-centric team
  • Nice to have: experience with credit risk teams, capital facilities, or regulated products
