About the role
- Reports to the Director of Operations
- Plan, organize, direct and control division operations to ensure work performance in accordance with contract specifications
- Review division payroll time sheets prior to submission for pay
- Continually evaluate procedures, methods, and materials for purposes of improving performance and reducing cost of operation
- Continually analyze the results of division operations and take immediate corrective action when performance deviates from standard
- Ensure that all division equipment is clean, well maintained and in good operating condition
- Ensure the availability of equipment, supplies and materials in quantities required for company operations
- Coordinate quarterly physical inventory of warehouse and all service locations and report results to the accounting department
- Implement approved operating policies, methods and procedures
- Develop and train subordinate supervisors
- Cooperate with the Sales Department in the development and review of new business proposals
- Ensure the proper handling of customer complaints and keep the Sales Department informed of serious problems
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership position
- 3+ years of experience in service industry
- Proven ability to communicate with employees across hierarchies
- Excellent business and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Solid computer skills (MS Office, Salesforce, or similar CRM or ERP)
- Flexible work schedule
- Strategic thinker willing to roll up his/her sleeves
- Results-oriented with proven analytical skills and ability to use data to answer questions
- Participatory management style and team leader
