About the role
- Project-based client consulting on all (design) aspects of creative output throughout the entire process
- Development of brand-defining platforms and systems
- Translating brand-specific needs into innovative concepts and systematic solutions at the highest quality level
- Conceptualization and development of all relevant components and channels for a holistic brand experience
- Translating complexity into bold, impactful, and user-centered solutions
- Successful conception and execution of new business activities and cross-location projects, including preparing and delivering presentations
- Development and independent implementation of creative highlight ideas with award potential
- Leading the execution and preparation of formats such as brand and design workshops
- Cost, team, and general project planning
- Conducting recruitment/job interviews
Requirements
- Some experience in this role within a creative or design agency
- Strong, job-related organizational skills, e.g., in allocating the creative team
- Extensive experience in supporting and developing employees through constructive feedback, training, and collaborative campaign management
- Extensive experience in mentoring and training designers from junior to senior levels
- Broad expertise in conducting employee meetings (annual reviews, salary negotiations, development and motivation)
