About the role
- As a Senior PR Consultant, you take a central role in developing and implementing our PR strategies: strategic senior-level consulting — you develop cross-channel communication strategies and drive the execution of integrated communications projects.
- Project responsibility & leadership: You lead demanding communication initiatives — from topic development and concept to implementation. You provide subject-matter leadership, coordinate teams and carry budget responsibility.
- Positioning & narratives: You develop clear messages, robust narratives and strategic positioning approaches for complex B2B topics.
- Writing excellence: Whether thought-leadership articles, press releases, storylines, social media content or concepts — you translate complex subject matter into precise, creative and impactful communication.
- Media relations & network: You maintain and expand reliable media and stakeholder relationships, place topics confidently and act as a knowledgeable point of contact for journalists.
- Quality & development: You ensure editorial excellence, contribute new ideas, develop innovative content approaches and actively help shape the agency’s future areas.
Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of professional experience in a communications agency at a clearly demonstrable senior level.
- Excellent writing skills: You write quickly, confidently and with outstanding style — from complex to creative.
- Strong strategic skills: You develop communication strategies, editorial guidelines and convincing concepts.
- Confident project management and assured handling of clients, timelines and budgets.
- Proactive working style, consulting confidence and leadership skills when working with more junior team members.
- German at native level, very good English.
- Passion for trends, communication and digital developments and the desire to actively shape them.
Benefits
- A strong team: a creative, appreciative environment with flat hierarchies, a good sense of humor and genuine team spirit.
- Scope to shape & responsibility: From day one you take on responsibility and actively influence mandates, projects and positioning.
- Onboarding: welcome round, onboarding day, new-starter coffee and introductory meeting — we ensure your perfect start.
- Training & development: Your development matters to us. Whether through our internal campus training program, optional language courses or regular coaching — we keep you up to date.
- Flexibility: Flexible working hours, mobile working and job-sharing models allow you to adapt your job to your life — not the other way around.
- Fun: People who work also need to take a break. Whether social events or working out — with regular after-work events and agency-sponsored fitness programs you’ll find plenty of opportunities.
- Accessibility: Our modern offices are centrally located and, thanks to our subsidized commuter rail pass, easily accessible.
- Internationality: As an internationally active agency group, we offer the opportunity to connect and exchange ideas with colleagues from a wide range of disciplines around the world.
