- Support for the Data & AI Products team: You will help develop and maintain AI-driven applications—for example by optimizing prompts, evaluating LLM outputs, building RAG pipelines, or integrating SaaS products.
- Collaborative work: You will work closely with product owners, data scientists, developers and project managers and gain insights into the entire product development cycle.
- Diverse development opportunities: Whether you're more interested in LLM applications and prompt engineering or web development and SaaS products—we will support your growth where your strengths and interests lie.
- Knowledge transfer: You will have the opportunity to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics such as LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases and modern web technologies.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Statistics or related fields).
- Interest in AI and LLMs: You are passionate about topics such as large language models, prompt engineering and RAG systems, and ideally have already used AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or other LLMs.
- Data & web development: You have initial coding experience and are familiar with languages such as Python and/or R and their libraries (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API, pandas) for AI-based data processing, or with web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Streamlit) and frontend technologies (React, Vue.js, HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
- Structured working style: You work in a focused and organized manner, have a strong affinity for numbers and can quickly learn new technologies.
- Communication skills and team spirit: You are open, a team player and comfortable working in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Tools: Confident use of MS Office and initial experience with tools like Git, Jira, VS Code or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is an advantage.
- Language skills: Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
Benefits
- Onboarding: Welcome session, onboarding day, newcomer coffee and introductory meetings—we ensure a perfect start.
- Training & development: Your development matters to us. Whether through our internal Campus training program, optional language courses or regular coaching sessions—we keep you up to date!
- Flexibility: Flexible working hours, mobile office and job-sharing models allow you to fit your work around your life—not the other way around.
