About the role

  • Develop and lead the overarching paid social strategy, including budget and campaign planning
  • Manage, further develop and provide subject-matter leadership for the Paid Social team
  • Build and scale international paid social setups and cross‑market governance
  • Work closely with front-end agencies, influencer marketing, creative, data, strategy, innovation and creative media to develop integrated campaigns
  • Conduct performance analysis, identify optimization opportunities and report to C‑level
  • Identify new platforms, formats and technological innovations
  • Develop new product solutions
  • Ensure quality standards, best practices and efficiency across all markets

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in paid social on the agency or client side, ideally in a leadership role
  • Proven expertise in international campaign management and cross‑platform activation (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of data-driven optimization, tracking, attribution and AdTech
  • Leadership skills, team-building experience and senior-level stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
