About the role

  • Support project-related client consulting on all (design) aspects of the creative output across the entire process
  • Contribute to the development of brand-defining platforms and systems
  • Translate brand-specific needs into innovative, high-quality concepts and their systematic implementation
  • Conceptualize and develop all relevant components and channels for a holistic brand experience
  • Simplify complex matters into bold, impactful, and user-centered solutions
  • Support the successful conception and implementation of new-business activities and cross-location projects
  • Develop and independently execute creative highlight ideas with award potential
  • Support the preparation and facilitation of formats such as brand and design workshops

Requirements

  • Extensive experience at a design or creative agency (with a design focus)
  • Strong organizational skills, for example in allocating and planning the creative team’s capacity
  • Experience mentoring designers from junior to mid-level
