About the role

  • Support day-to-day and project work for our global clients in the areas of E-Dialog / E-CRM and digital communication (focus: email)
  • Assist in the conception, creation and testing of campaigns
  • Contribute to research and benchmarking in the innovative field of digital and automated communication
  • Support project management and daily operations
  • Research and prepare presentations for clients and internal purposes

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, media management, or a digital-related field
  • Relevant professional experience through internships or working-student positions is an advantage
  • Strong affinity for web technologies
  • You want to understand topics and can quickly get up to speed with new tools, projects and clients
  • Confident and professional communication skills in German and English
  • Availability of 15–20 hours per week and interest in a longer-term collaboration (min. 2 semesters)
  • Ideally available on Thursdays and Fridays to optimally support our team
