About the role

  • Support in day-to-day and project work for our global clients in the areas of E-Dialog/E-CRM and digital communication (focus: email)
  • Assist with the conception, creation and testing of campaigns
  • Participate in research and benchmarking within the innovative field of digital and automated communication
  • Support project management and routine operations
  • Research and prepare presentations for clients and internal purposes
  • A supportive team that truly lives a spirit of collaboration and “we” mentality

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, media management or a digital-related field
  • Relevant professional experience through internships or previous working-student positions is an advantage
  • Strong affinity for web technologies
  • You want to understand topics in depth and can quickly learn new tools, projects and client contexts
  • Confident communication skills in German and English
  • Availability of 15–20 hours per week and interest in a longer-term collaboration (minimum 2 semesters)
  • Ideally available on Thursdays and Fridays to provide optimal support to our team
