About the role

  • Exciting insights into the world of brand, media and audience research within a dynamic agency environment
  • Work with AI-supported solutions to expand and complement our traditional target group research
  • Collaborate with a talented team developing data- and AI-based audience and market analyses for well-known clients and exciting pitch opportunities
  • Support the creation of presentations and decision papers for media, strategy and client teams
  • Produce and edit tool and demo videos for use in client meetings and pitches
  • Strong team spirit, flat hierarchies and a workplace in the inspiring "House of Communication"

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student in a degree program with an analytical-methodological focus, e.g. communications or media studies, social sciences, marketing, data analytics, statistics or a comparable field
  • Some exposure to quantitative market, media or research data is an advantage – deep prior experience is not required
  • Interest in and openness to working with AI tools and data-driven solutions, and enthusiasm for testing and further developing new applications
  • Good analytical understanding, enjoyment of working with numbers and the ability to evaluate data structurally and translate it into clear insights
  • Strong interest in audiences, markets and consumer behavior and a basic understanding of brand and media strategy questions
  • Team player with initiative, a structured and careful work style, and motivation to grow professionally and personally
  • Confident MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and a general technical affinity for digital tools and software
  • Initial experience with video editing tools (e.g. Microsoft Clipchamp) is desirable
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
