About the role

  • Project support: You assist in the further development of existing AI products, participate in testing and evaluations, and support the documentation of processes and best practices.
  • Support for the Data & AI Products team: You help develop and maintain AI-powered applications — e.g., optimizing prompts, evaluating LLM outputs, building RAG pipelines, or integrating SaaS products.
  • Collaborative work: You work closely with product owners, data scientists, developers and project managers and gain insights into the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Diverse development opportunities: Whether you are more interested in LLM applications and prompt engineering or web development and SaaS products — we support you where your strengths and interests lie.
  • Knowledge transfer: You will have the opportunity to quickly familiarize yourself with topics such as LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases and modern web technologies.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Statistics or related fields).
  • Interest in AI and LLMs: You are enthusiastic about topics such as large language models, prompt engineering and RAG systems, and ideally have already worked with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or other LLMs.
  • Data & web development: You have initial experience in Vibecoding and are familiar with languages such as Python and/or R as well as libraries (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API, pandas) for AI-based data processing, or web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Streamlit) and frontend technologies (React, Vue.js, HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Structured way of working: You work in a focused and structured manner, have a strong affinity for numbers and can quickly get to grips with new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit: You are open, a team player and feel comfortable in an interdisciplinary environment.
  • Tools: Confident use of MS Office and initial experience with tools such as Git, Jira, VS Code or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) are an advantage.
  • Language skills: Very good German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Working hours: 15–20 hours per week.
Benefits
  • Onboarding: Welcome sessions, onboarding day, new-starter coffee and introductory round — we ensure you have the perfect start.
  • Training & development: Your growth is important to us. Whether via our internal Campus training program, optional language courses or regular coaching — we keep you up to date!
  • Flexibility: With flexible working hours, mobile office and job-sharing models you can adapt your job to your life — not the other way around.
  • Extras: Everyone needs a break. Whether parties or opportunities to unwind — we offer regular after-work events and agency-sponsored fitness programs.
  • Location & accessibility: Our modern office near Munich Ostbahnhof is conveniently accessible thanks to its prime location.
  • International environment: As an internationally operating agency group, you have the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with colleagues across a wide range of disciplines from around the world.
