About the role

  • Varied insights into the full spectrum of marketing communications — from ideation to execution
  • Work on real campaigns for exciting brands and clients
  • Department rotations, e.g. in Creative, Account Management, Project Management, Social Media, Events and Digital
  • Hands-on learning in a creative, dynamic team
  • Responsibility for independent tasks from the first year of training

Requirements

  • At least a good secondary school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife), Abitur, Fachhochschulreife or equivalent
  • Enthusiasm for advertising, brands, creativity and digital trends
  • Analytical skills and enjoyment working with numbers on a daily basis
  • High level of commitment, quick comprehension and willingness to learn
  • Outgoing personality and enjoyment of service-oriented work
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Good German and English skills
