About the role
- You implement smart customer journeys that delight across all channels
- You analyze customer experiences to identify pain points and drive improvements
- You work closely with Marketing, Media, Web and other teams to create a seamless customer experience
- You use innovative tools to measure customer satisfaction and monitor interactions across all channels
- You act as the primary client contact and guide them through the entire project lifecycle
- You listen to customer feedback, adapt to new situations, and lead teams to achieve the best results
- You participate in workshops to promote a customer-centric mindset within the team and to explore specific topics both internally and externally
Requirements
- You hold a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- You have experience implementing cross-channel campaigns, ideally in a similar role, within an agency environment, or at an agile company
- You can read people and contexts well and adapt to individual situations
- You act with a customer-centric mindset and understand clients' needs and expectations
- You are a strong communicator and can collaborate effectively with diverse, including international, teams
- You thrive on multitasking and can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- You have analytical thinking to correctly interpret performance and KPIs
- You have knowledge of information security and information security awareness
