About the role

  • Project coordination & information management: You collect and structure relevant project information, distribute it internally and externally, and prepare client feedback into clear briefings. You also maintain and monitor project timelines.
  • Collaboration with Account Management & Producing: You work closely with Account Management on client feedback, create presentations, and support proposals, reporting and resource overviews.
  • Interdisciplinary teamwork: You coordinate between Digital Content Producers, Tech, Data Prep artists and, where applicable, external partners; organize and moderate meetings; and proactively identify bottlenecks or open issues.
  • Quality & follow-up: You assist with quality assurance and ensure that briefings and handovers are clear and complete, that approvals and client feedback are provided on time. You also ensure continuous documentation and create and update status lists.

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training in communications, project management, media or a comparable qualification
  • First to several years of experience in project management, ideally in digital production contexts
  • Structured, independent way of working and a good sense for communication and timing
  • Ability to prepare complex content in an understandable way and convey it with purpose
  • Confident use of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, ClickUp)
  • Team player with a holistic perspective, even when things need to move quickly
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
